So many.. but few below Downlevel management decisions are pathetic, Owner level management should know what is happening ground level..and reality, Major minus SLP.. they are working personal revanges on staff and not focused to control the shrinkage bcaz they are not accountable for shrinkage.. Give them ownership on shrinkage accountability then only they will work.. Third party security agency is better than them.. Without Managers/staff intrest or opinions other state transfers are initiated by RM level management with their own decisions forcefully without any second option.. which is they will struggle as family and kids studies are settled in current working location since many years..

Don't have any Incentives and salary very less as well compared to other employment, they provide good salary for the people don't know what work is. An poor salary for the people who are excellent in work

We get knowledge and training for latest technology,but every year we had increment of 10% but what happened dont they stoped this also I joined company with 6700/- salary and work pressure is increasing and work and shift timing but salary is not increasing,we love to work with this organization but,higher authority is pressing us to resigne the job, compare to other retailers we are in low salaries and 10hrs and above hours work.this to be change

I am working in this industry form 5Years back my salary was 6700/- And every year we have increment of 10%, but from 2years back organization have remove 10% of increment also, what was the reason dont no and also we are not getting promotions also, we are performing good, but then also, and also no one is there to hear what all problem we are facing, when we joined our hr said we have to work for 9hr but now days we are working so long time with less man power, when I joined this organization with me 8members joined as a same position after 2years we all become TEAM LEADER and they have stopped increment to the left job and went to croma and vijay sale they are getting package of 28k and we are getting package of 18k we have variation package of 10k in RELIANCE INDUSTRIES, I humble request to our Ambani sir and family think your Family staff and increase the salary, and also we have huge presser for sale and targets.

Nothing to like, monopoly company and monarch hierarchy.

No salary hike/ increments even if you get A* rating which is the highest 30% salary is parked for performance linked incentive, but despite working really hard and achieving targets company can back step into not giving the PLI. No 360 degree feedback, your manager can decide your fate per his wishes but one cannot share feedback on their reporting manager. No one is to care even if somehow you express your concerns / grievance /sadness. Best not to prefer working with this atrocity.
