Iam not a on roll employee , I worked same company 3Pl Employee , as a 3PL roll not good for the , because I worked since last 4years onward, I don't gave salary hike on last 4 years onwards it not a good .

Good company for the every employee. Very nice and peaceful environment and their management and time to time meetings regarding employees. No one typical day in this company. Good management.

As a company RRL is very good promoting there people and giving them a secure job.

Dislikes

After promotion they are not giving store and not giving that level of salary and also very poor appraisal mathod, newly joined employee taking good package as compared to 4 year old employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
