I never got get positive vibes with our cluster manager Mr Pranjith, there is no option to escalate our problem with higher officials. High level designation people are not good in the reliance jewellery SIS format, that's why people leaving the company. This is purely my opinion and experience

1. Best job security. 2. Great place to learn. 3. Good career growth for long standing employees. 4. Best learning sessions.

Dislikes

1. There are lot of politics. 2. HR doesn't adress our issues. 3. Doesn't get salary hike correctly and on time. 4. Should have to work overtime for 20 days a month, for which they don't pay for overtime.

Only job security, which is changing witg time in Reliance as well

Dislikes

Too much work pressure, unnecessary transactional work. And forcefully ask staff to do things which can be avoided lik salary account has to be in jio bank and many other things. Working hours extends but a staff cannot work less than 9hrs in a day

Reliance as a big brand name definitely adds to your resume and also you get to learn a lot here.

Dislikes

Work load is high which is not as per the salary given at the executive level. Company culture is also okayish since work load is high, No one gets time to engage much.

Likes

Good Work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and Management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and give good increment and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
