Work culture was good when I worked for Reliance Retail. Achieve Target on time. Management are supportive. This was my experience in Reliance Retail.

Market issue (DBs/ Retailer/ Wholesaler) issue not solved on time. Hiring from 3rd party pay roll was not good to employee. 3rd party companies will not resolved employee issue. They take Too much time.

I never got get positive vibes with our cluster manager Mr Pranjith, there is no option to escalate our problem with higher officials. High level designation people are not good in the reliance jewellery SIS format, that's why people leaving the company. This is purely my opinion and experience

Likes

Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.
