I never got get positive vibes with our cluster manager Mr Pranjith, there is no option to escalate our problem with higher officials. High level designation people are not good in the reliance jewellery SIS format, that's why people leaving the company. This is purely my opinion and experience
Store Manager aka Store Karta is egoistic and do favouritism. He doesn't have any kind of system knowledge and delegates all task to his subordinates. As a result his store has high attrition rate.
Shows favouritism by only accepting leaves to those who is sweet to him. While he relieves all his responsibilities on Assistant Store Manager and Department Manages and takes leaves regularly. His exact words were "ASM rehte hue mujhe karna padega kya". His subordinates are used as a scapegoat to protect and serve him.
Your work experience will depends based on person to person. If your store manager is good and supportive. You can stay here for a long time. Otherwise your life will become a living hell.
On time Salary, reimbursement is the only Positive in Reliance

Worst HR Culture, If you have God Father /Mother in a Bigger role in reliance then you will enjoy working here in Reliance irrespective of your position, you work or not no body has a power to tell you anything. The rehiring policy is terrible, they don't value your experience outside reliance. Coming to SLP part there are some (not all) retired army people working in corporate but still have mindset of Army and trying running a corporate company like army. They still loved to be called as Cornel, Major ect. That is why they are misbehaving with civilians and don't hesitate giving example of Army in every meeting. This is very dangerous for corporate world. It's look like if Top management doesn't look at all these then time is not far that it will loose it's market Value unlike some big companies which are history now.
The company teaches a lot. It gives growth in every sector. It develops everything from roles to personal skills. The work environment is the best. One gets to learn a lot of things and move forward.
Salary package is not according to the work, promotion is just in name but company talks about growth of employees but is financially weak for the employees, company managers do not treat staff well
Supply chain issue, lot of stress without any concern,Company management very poor,
Only political person can stay in reliance, there is no place for hardwork n reliable person
