In reliance retail the salary is very less as according to job timing as it is 2pm to 11 pm As they do promotion in every six month or 1 year but does not increase the salary

I m very grateful that I have completed my 4 years in reliance retail the journey was very brilliant and have a great experience and I have learnt alot. And it's a great opportunity to build a success in reliance retail.

I don't think that any drawbacks are here but the main drawback.is the salary not increase as per the job role

Even after doing the work of the customer service associate, he has to unload the goods from the truck! He is made to do portering; there is no value of a customer service associate in this company. I had a very bad experience working in this company!

If you are a fresher then many things to learn for you. Campus is excellent.

1- Worst and toxic management (There should be -ve rating ) 2-Full dectatorship is going on 3- Salary structure is worst 4- -ve work life balance 5- No support from management 6- No proper training for outsiders who never did job in same process. Either hire from same department or else don’t ruin anyone’s career by hiring from different department and torture him/her Many more negative points are there

Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.
