Ther is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.
