The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Yaha salary staff ki increase nahi hoti yaha aur yaha ke reliance retail ke jo employees hai Jo ki manager hai unhe kisi chiz ka pata nahi hai pramotion kabhi nahi hota pramotion ke naam par 1 exam dilate hai ussme bhi unki expectations ittni hai rahti hai English Mai baat Karo Hindi nahi sunge 1 CSA lavel ka employee jo mehnat se aage aaya hai uski koi values nahi hai aur saath mai bhar se aate hai usnki salary 20 se 25 rahti hai aur aur Jo 12 saal se kaam kar raha hai 100% de raha hai company Mai uski salary 10000 hi hai

Lots of things learn. Well trained by trainer. Great team working. Salary timely coming. Health insurance (money deducted from salary) provided.

Huge working load and pressure but salary is not competitive. After my 3 years working one new DRS coming with much more salary from me even he was a new learner. A great c....of our management who are totally blind, they couldn't seen who working or not working. A great appraisal and increment happened with politics basic . Salute our great c... HR and Management for my life immotional harassment so i leave the Job.

The company is least bothered about their employees ' growth and development. They bring in people on immediate basis but when relieving they ask all sorts of reasons documented proofs and pay cuts. No recognition for the hard work and no other benefits apart from comp off. Issues in service keep prolonging thereby affecting customer satisfaction but the blame is put on advisors
