The culture is pathetic. They have the worst customer service. They don't listen what the employee has to say regarding the market. Doesn't take any feedback but everything under the thumb rule. You just do what they ask. Too much unethical pressure and no job security. After setting the market they gonna kick you out within a year. No payment on time. All your incentives would be delayed and they'll have the best excuses and you can't question them.
