The company is good. The work life balance is also good. The depth level is also satisfactory between the lower & middle & upper level employees. There is so much that you can learn from here. The training & soft skill development of the company is excellent.

The compensation & benefits are not satisfactory & it's also not up to the mark. Sometimes you also not receive your incentives & salaries properly. Although the company is having very big brands franchisees but the growth opportunities are very lesser which needs to be fixed.

...Coming to the career growth as I started as fc with in year I have promoted it.. Truthly speaking Salary / appraisal is not such good.. Here v dont have any politics v learn my things if though v r basic started here they make as to no more about the retail ethics... Working life balance actually good over here...

Hiring in a employees very poor to creeding in to managers says to ask to employees is not hiring because we have a management is like a truling for the staff and we don't have supporting in the company is like a staff is we have give reasons and we shut down the company worst of employee the old company staff we don't have a hiring that company is the rule because that particle particulars is make to companies give because we don't have supporting in the team members is supporting only is the supporter person is the manager is supporting in ask only in not supporting the employees because he is like a critic of creative things and we have to supporting or the team because is a very undiscipline in the staff given supporting old staff not having the company is very bad for the impression of the also because I working in very hardly my good name is not a speak for that I am because he is a management is not handling the good is the name of Shubodh Shelar is subhashala is like a changing the company protocolus

Working team and planning in hitting targets an achievement we have good performance and working team in following the rules in company

Looking the promotions looking the company additional offers looking the bearing catching BH commercial and handling the store in performance Customer services customer securities seen the product display a in colour blocking and lighting maintaining handling sound high volume gowns like a demo in entrance in every customer showing the product and activity

It is good company.......but it could be more better if they change 80:20 ratio...... Moreover in career growth They have to give this task to managers and regional managers because only they knows what we deserve........they gave this task to Training Team they don't know what this person is in store. Thanks
