The company is good. The work life balance is also good. The depth level is also satisfactory between the lower & middle & upper level employees. There is so much that you can learn from here. The training & soft skill development of the company is excellent.

The compensation & benefits are not satisfactory & it's also not up to the mark. Sometimes you also not receive your incentives & salaries properly. Although the company is having very big brands franchisees but the growth opportunities are very lesser which needs to be fixed.
