Only because it is Reliance group and having some good products, other than this salary bis credited on time

Management is very poor, if you are talented and coming from good campany, after joining reliance Life sciences you will regret. Because here work culture is completely local, managers don't know basic things, no professionalism, long working hours no campensatory benefits, HR policy is outdated.

Good team work environment and culture .Good supportive and the management .Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
