Office Timing is very good.

Dislikes

In Branch operations employee unnecessary salary cut is very bad culture. And need saturday off twice in a month. Career growth is very slow and no options in operations department.

The work life balance here in reliance is excellent. No unnecessary pressure is put up on you. Proper training and induction is conducted when you join the company. The incentive structure is very nice compared toother organizations.

There is no appraisal criteria here. Only way to increase your salary is tthrough promotions and which sometime is difficult to achieve .

...s that he will not get 100% contest. 3-4 will be missed because of ifs and buts. Salary deduction and demotions for sales force. It demotivating for many managers as well as branch head. HR support is very very pathatic, high deduction in f&f if you serve less notice period. Company always wants that vintage employee should left the company because they are highly paid
