Of course paying incentives and salary on correct time . During covid time n all full salary was given.

No salary hike as well as promotions,we cant exoect that. Apart from incentive you won’t get a career growth.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I feel proud to be part of process-centric team that ethically caters to a huge client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Teammates are not helpful so venerable candidates.There is no on-job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

Treat the employees like a slave's and treated as backbend officer unsatisfied with the job and they offered very poor salary but they assign too much of work, make conditions for in and out and observed too much that overall work experience is too bad

Promotion and hikes are very low. If you join on low package it will be very difficult to get satisfactory hike next year Performance Bonus return - will have to return the bonus if you leave before 6 months after getting bonus so basically you will need to wait total 9 months to get out from the organization
