...ve closs formalities if have get employee Bonus it's eligible for 9 Month closs. If employees Resign before 9 Month than company will pay our bonus Salary. Same in retain also 18 month close

...put you in unnecessary and unagreed employment bond at the time of of appraisal. It's in simple word , when you complete 1 year of hard work and eligible for bonus, they will tell you that you will have a 9 months bond. If you resign then they will hold your 3 months salary and will recover the same, so basically you alhave to serve notice without pay.

Ontime salary, sometime before month end they provided salary, increment given however it's delayed but they provide increment on salary to all.
