I dislike one thing that they never give proper salary to staff against his dedication and loyalty to the work because at certain period staff or manager who ever are there they expect certain salary growth and nice atmosphere and they should fulfill his expectation. If this things happen then employees will never leave job and they will give more then 100% to job.

Carrie growth very less i am become a Team leader after 3 year but my salary 10500 and nwe joiners Team leaders salary 17k to 18k so this culture is very bad

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work atmosphere, salary crediting system. Training is good about the product.

Promotion is due in working period and Hrm settlement is very worst. I had tried for settlement several times but no response from HR and Company side.

Should not work here it's horrible no proper salary no week offs no sick leave extra hours to be worked no payment for extra time dirty place to work Reliance should be stopped no proper employee satisfaction it's completely worst place to work

Very worst experience please don't work smart reliance very dirty people if u work there you will be died while you will never get a leave you will not get good payment don't work here there are much more better company than this small and cheap company
