The work culture is very good. And all the colleagues are good. Higher authority is very supportive. Reliance invests a lot in training due to which skills increase. And you can earn a lot of incentives here. But there are no incentives for support staff.

Dislikes

Nothing is found in the name of appraisal. And there is no quick promotion. Salary also does not increase quickly.

Environment of Reliance Digital is very good, excellent platform for fresher workers to learn & big achievement.Reliance digital & retail takes good care of its employees.

"Material Officer" post is very good but salary not satisfactory.

Basically work satisfaction will be depend on your reporting manager. Mostly Managers are cool. Work life balance is a question mark because as a retail employee store will be operating 365 days a year and strictly no off on weekends. Growth completely depends 50% on talent and 50% on luck

Dislikes

...tival weeks which is against there own HR policies but HR people don’t bother. Initial salary is decent but yearly increments are very less compared to other fields and growth will occur on slow pace.

The best part is Reliance supported me when people we're losing there job even I got my salary on time this is the best thing for me.

Dislikes

The bad thing is girl's have to wear black pant as it not comfortable and also does not look good atleast there should be jeans allowed and here is hair style is fixed of making juda which makes feel like maid atleast management should also think about people happiness. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I dislike one thing that they never give proper salary to staff against his dedication and loyalty to the work because at certain period staff or manager who ever are there they expect certain salary growth and nice atmosphere and they should fulfill his expectation. If this things happen then employees will never leave job and they will give more then 100% to job.
