Salary very low, team leader salary 14.5k for month,very critical condition for family handling this salary... another brand promoter salary for minimum 25k maximum 38k but reliance digital staff is very poor.... Please understand our digital staff situation 🙏

Basically work satisfaction will be depend on your reporting manager. Mostly Managers are cool. Work life balance is a question mark because as a retail employee store will be operating 365 days a year and strictly no off on weekends. Growth completely depends 50% on talent and 50% on luck

...tival weeks which is against there own HR policies but HR people don’t bother. Initial salary is decent but yearly increments are very less compared to other fields and growth will occur on slow pace.

I was joined in Reliance resq after completion my degree.it's first job carrier and I stared carrier 12000 thousand rupess salary in 2016 .I was completed 3 years in Reliance resq.but my salary is still 14000 only. Last year Reliance resq said this year not able to given increment and arrears amount.I was very. Disappointed.so I was resign my job in last November.

...spend time with our family members. yearly balance leaves are not fulfilled. salary package not equal for all as per the grade. relocation done without prior notice and as per the commitment relocation amount not received till now. with less package we had inversed minimum 50% to 60% of our salary to survive in new location. Finally huge KPIs and work pressure 😅

Salary will never be given on time, claim will be processed one or two months late. No respect, will never provide or process PF amount properly. We wil lnot know whom to contact for queries.
