The best part is Reliance supported me when people we're losing there job even I got my salary on time this is the best thing for me.

The bad thing is girl's have to wear black pant as it not comfortable and also does not look good atleast there should be jeans allowed and here is hair style is fixed of making juda which makes feel like maid atleast management should also think about people happiness. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The increment, salary and incentive policy is very poor and there is no promotion here. Employees are brought from outside but are not given skill development training. Any employee is made to do some work. The employee should do the same work as per the department. This does not happen. The problems of the employee remain limited to that time only and there is no solution for them.

This is my personal advice. Please change the salary package increase the salary. Mainly back office employees suffer the salary.that's it. And no more problems only salary problem. I'm also give for salary problem.

backend team have poor salary when I was there uniform did not change but when I left they changed

Work atmosphere, salary crediting system. Training is good about the product.

Promotion is due in working period and Hrm settlement is very worst. I had tried for settlement several times but no response from HR and Company side.
