There is an absolute imbalance of work versus salary due to poor Appraisal system. The cross reporting of operations and sales create a significant negative impact to Company reputation and overall operation.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day.
