... Teammates are supportive but the management is not good. There is no cafeteria. Company policies are very bad, and they give not good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent but career growth is very slow and low. On the job training is not given properly to new joinees.

...014.very poor job security. Without notice can loose the job. Career growth nil. No salary /appraisal since 2013. Seniors are doing group politics. Huge learning scope. Work environment so so. No innovation scope. Work life balance average.

I am thankful to my previous company from there i can learn so many things. Great place to work, good working environment. Good scope of learning.

Salary growth is low, othervthan this work culture colleagues are good.

Good work environment and the collouges were very helpful. My senior person who was the Head of the Payment Department was the main person in my life who showed me path that how to work efficiently as well as accurately. It was indeed a lifetime lesson for me for which I gained the confidence to work in any organization.

Dislikes

The Salary Pay Scale was very low compared to the work profile. Though I think it was due to the fact that I was working over there not under the direct payroll of Reliance Telecom, but under the hood of different consultency.
