No appraisals salary hike PLI pending from last 8 years No promotions , you have to work on the same position on which you joined , there is no one who can listen and resolve the concern

My current CTC is so weak because my previous Salary scale is low.I am working since 2015 Oct. As per current time all expenses is high so due to low salary scale facing some financial issue.

There is Job security and work culture is very good. Company policies are good and environment of location is very good and pleasure.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign

...very helpful, hundred percent job security if you are willing to give your best. For instance company gives salary on time without any unnecessary deduction.
