U get no rewards for ur hardwork dont expect for appraisal and bonus and the salary system it poor and lot of cuttings in salary they work life balance is pathetic they expect you to work 24/7 without OT and rules will change according to their advantages not a good place to work avoid working here as per my experience

Very difficulty at field engineers. Very enjoyable work .

...rs act pretend to be a dog . I'm a good worker . But I'm not a onrole employee . Very low salary . Didn't increment by the years.

My Ms Shaik wajeed was brilliant and we'll supported to us. He was well trained in work and new things.

Salary is not correct and salary was not increased. Even no bonus for festivals.Even though there is experience in that company, there are no promotions

Not supported lower and middle management employee and lay off them in such critical situation

...off lower and middle management employees in such critical situation instead of keeping them by reducing salary they kept higher management employees who are having package of 50 lakh to 1Cr per annum without having any work, they finished career of lower and middle management employees who are above age 40 yrs and not able to get job since last 6-7 month government also not helped employees in this condition

challenges are every where in every other field but with supportive colleague you can overcome the problem reliance is one of the best company to learn and take a confidence.

lots of work but salary growth is comparatively low
