Just that company doesn't bother about growth aspects of the employees.Some departments are not even respected.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets the reliable product. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I have learned so much from this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Management does not value an individual's unique strengths. we do receive appreciations from clients, others, but mostly go unnoticed during appraisals or promotion.HR in the south never responds to growth or office/promotion related issues. Sh feels the boss is the god we need to listen to them.

Minimum Work-Life Balance, tapered career-growth for most people! Impractical Work pressure to demonstrate Hard-work!

Human Resource Dept, they use all their skills to make the employee fool and then they will highlight the employee as fool. They are doing a show called BBS, which is of no use to us.

Dislikes

Still now there is no studio for a radio station and work culture is slightly better then a fish market.
