Another great thing about Reizend is that they provide decent salary package and promotions at reasonable intervals. The good work done by employees will not go unnoticed. The working environment at Reizend is very warm and positive. The leads are very supportive and they have an excellent management team having clear objectives and vision.

Work can sometimes become aggressive in case of urgency, even though they are concerned about employee well being.

To be frank, its a place to learn. Starting Salary package is decent not the best. However , hike structure is consistent and I would say best in trivandrum. 3 years , consitent hike above 30% for me. Work life balance is comparitavely good ( i compare it with my hostel mates who works in technopark), Leads are exceptionaly supportive and does a lot of handson. Management guys are practical and not that strict.

Job what i do could be done remote , so need not have to insist for hybrid especially during rains and could avoid time lost in traffic fast paced environment , aggressive - whether it helped me , yes - but was bit of a heavy lifting in the beginning.

... instead of micro managing. My mentor was approchable and cleared all my doubts. What I really appreciated was the salary being paid during training - unlike other offers I had, which were unpaid. After confirmation, I was promoted with a very good hike. Got to work on live projects and explore multiple backend technologies. Reizend also has a clear roadmap for using AI in development, which makes the work more productive. There are provision for optional holidays, so it is very helpful for choose one holiday based on my preference.

Eventhrough my reporting manager is giving me the flexibility to giving work from home when needed, it would be better to include work from home model in the company policy as well.

...tively new people and encourage them to take bigger or earlier responsibilities. Apart from that I like the pay scale , the key 5 leaders in the company are down to earth an encouraging. Colleagues are usually very smart . Working environment is very good , in terms of work time ..i clock only 7.75 to 8.25 hours daily average , yet i am super productive basis the spirit and encouragement

Hybrid , Reizend can embrace - Currently female staff and senior employees are only given hybrid or work from home. This is kind of bias. Fun events are always arts oriented , so I feel that people with sports interest as mine is not getting enough priority - only that there is an annual cricket tournament, annual one day celebration in a resort for Onam (Aravom) and once they conducted a badminton tournament - but should make in annual tournament
