...ir business due to endless escalations given by this company. This is because They hire non tech background people for a tech related role with lowest salary package. train them for a week and expect to handle calls. Unless you train an employee in their product or services well you cannot expect the employee not to goof up on calls. Especially when you have a great client like Google, who would want to mess up. they do not hire from a tech background as obviously they would have to pay more salary. Highly toxic environment. underpay employees and make them over work for which they are not paid extra. Majority of the employees are underpaid. I can go on with reasons not to ever work for this company. Any other company would be anytime better than this one.

...company is really good for throwing their employees out in their vendor project. Salary for experienced people is way to less. In short cut off on your allowance low salary for experienced people top management is bad they think that they can play with people's work lives.

Low pay, removing people out of job without prior notice higher management treat employees in a thrash way.

There is nothing that can be liked about. In the beginning, it feel like Lala land but end up being a terrible hot lava land..

Team managers are not supportive. There are no benefits except for salary. Your incentives will be deducted for smallest misses. Work hard a complete month and loose in the end.. Unless you are working hard and getting numbers, your mistakes can be ignored. The day you miss on numbers, every thing will be a zero tolerance policy according to them..

Job security is Less- Especially if your salary is greater than 15 Lacs. Before joining regalix please check the client. If it is reddit don't go. Regalix don't have enough position and clients where they can transfer you.

Regalix is really a excellent company. Because as a employees what we want salary, personal time, job satisfaction, work environment etc. Everything you will find in regalix. But you will find few negative people, your job is to ignore them that's all.
