Dislikes

Worst work culture. Long working hours. No personal growth. HR department is only for name sake. Fully corrupted by politics. Most of the departmental directors doesn't have basic knowledge. Different rules for different people. No defined standards.

I've have joined here Refra is an MNC... Only because of seeing global prospect.

Dislikes

Worst work culture. Refra Indian leadership/management people are worst. There are no balance of work - life. Working time 12 to 14 hrs in a day. People from OCL can do only service... People from other company very difficult to do job... because of worst politics.
