Job security & timely payment of salary.

Dislikes

...rocess/ system is followed. Work life balance is zero. No proper work culture. There are no specific employee benefits mentioned ( other than salary/ PF/ ESI / Mediclaim) in the system. One has to beg to the management for any help required. The work atmosphere is like confinement within jail. Working hours is 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM... Have to stay back for late hours.

Non- cooperative,No action being taken while bringing to MD notice. No appreciation,despite working late hours and intiating to rope in overseas buyers on my own. most staff are of relatives. Basically non-professional organisation, no employee growth. One man show.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
