There is a multi lingual culture in the office. Almost all the co workers are supportive.

Dislikes

The list is very big. To name a few 1. Salary will not come on time, sometimes 10th, 15th, even 1 month delay can be there 2. Mgmt shall give un-realistic targets and shall chase to achive it. 3. No job security, its just like a kirana shop, anytime they can tell u to stop coming to office without any proper explanantion. 4. No work life balance, too much work pressure to chase the un realistic targets, and u shall be part of 8-9 whatsapp groups where messages shall keep on coming whole daya nd night even in weekends. And mgmt expexts u to reply and work on the messages.

Likes

We can learn lots of things in Technical ways. Way of treating is gud fir employees especially about salary it doesn't late. Trainee Engineers can seek and learn in Technical and non technical skills.

Dislikes

Only one thing that I dislike is politics over employees.

- Quick Team Support - Learning by experience/through peers - Decision making, as long as it doesn't involve monetary issues/costs - Good Work-Life balance

Dislikes

...rence in trivial issues - Slack in decision making at the top management level - Delay in salary payments (no fixed date, it could even be delayed by a couple of months at times) - Delay in vendor/contractor payments - Limited credit/recognition for good performance (For Eg., diluted responsibilities despite consistent performance) - Very average salary increments - Indifference towards personal issues and requests

Team mates are from various part of my country which help us to go through various culture.Also our company is open to new technology based project which in indeed good for our upcoming days.work environment also quite healthy and liberty is there to work and react at any situation

Dislikes

Mainly salary date is not fixed that's main problem we are facing in this company.also top management individuals need to access site activity more often and have to understand site engineer requirement at emergency requirement.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopted latest technology.i am satisfied working with company

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high and management not give proper response.
