Management company policy means work should be rated education and knowledge and depth and work balance. No perciality. Every employees prove own credit. For example one employee know as a Manager what is the procedure Integration Engineer . But Technical people cannot develop that procedure systemically. Manager cum Software Engineer over come the procedure. But Technical people that reason take advantage. Is it true?
