For example one employee know as a Manager what is the procedure Integration Engineer . But Technical people cannot develop that procedure systemically. Manager cum Software Engineer over come the procedure. But Technical people that reason take advantage. Is it true?

My life conditions disgusting and Father's also expired. I'm sufferings always disturbing life. I can't control myself.
