The salary,bonus and partiality is so tox!c and seniors are so tox!c they won't understand your problem. And the the miscommunications between the upper seniors are so fcked

People are very welcoming. There is a lot of scope with the product to work with. The work is exciting and challenging

The work culture is good but there’s a lot of micromanaging. Compensation packages are very low to begin with

It's good but not for long term..... Overall everything is okay salary comes on time, Market response is low so because of that sales is little hard and there are so many comptiter which runs same thing.

They should work on working style and reduce no of meeting because three fix meetings enough for day and three demo..

They took work from me in summer days on field, even I made expenses for company, in return then didnt gave me Salary and erase my official email id. i have all the documents related.
