...ere are so good at providing trainings and teaching you all the tips and tricks. Once you joined here no one will wish to leave this company due to salary & some higher designation people, I really like to work here, bec the management works very professional and they will provide chances to people who really works hard.

...irectly they will keep on telling you this is not the only company in the world. You will get better pay and better growth outside the company and some time they will be in follow-up with you regarding did you applied to any other companies?!! Even they will directly tell you already people working here not getting promotion and good salary increment. I really don't know, do they really care for me !! or don't want me as competitor ?. lol. & why some Leads wants the talented people to go out. That's the only very annoyed things I faced here.

Worst company. They will not provide salary hike if you have experience. They will provide same salary as our previous company. They will talk about professionalism but they won't follow it by not providing offer letter and payslips to employees. No cab for nyt shift. Time has changed and lot but still these blood suckers providing the same salary which was provided some 10 years back in the field. DON'T JOIN IN REDISOLVE.

There is no job security. There is no permenet job role. The job bond is for 6 month time period after 1 year only you will get bonus and salary hike. They will terminate the people within 6 month. They will not provide you the salary slip even you mailed them. If you are seeking for a permenet job role don't choose this company. The CSAT score are calculated by the QA team and that QA team will reduce the marks even for the singular plural mistakes. The carrier growth will really slow. Work and life balance is impossible. If you working on shifts you will join to the meeting everyday before start the shift timings. The working hours time is 10 hours including the break hours. There is no cab facility to the employees. Even you want get a bus you want to walk more than 15 minutes to go the bus stop.

Seniors yell at you if you do mistake. I have resigned on 24th Jan and I am still waiting for my relieving letter and salary. Very unprofessional way, every time I call there is some one to tell you pls wait for 2days.

Timings are very bad , we have to spend nearly 10 hours on work that’s what i felt bad .
