I been into three companies, Redcentric is my 3rd company. It was really happy to work with this company. Each and every manager and management people help every employee to balance their both work and family life which was the only one every employee except from the company. I'm genuine towards the company and ratings I have given. It was such a good and lucky opportunity to work this company.

Nothing. There is not one good thing about this Job

Dislikes

Everything and most the people. Toxic work environment. Was never enough work which left me to question why I was even hired. This is twice as bad when I’m in the office all day everyday. Any ideas and solutions I had to improve the problems where ignored, literally ignored.

Everything is good, except the HRs who not much experienced. Seems like new senior HR is hired and need to see how it would be in future

Company is good, even the work was not so hectic.

Dislikes

The problem is the internal Politics and strict and stern behaviour of the TL and Manager in Monitoring Team. I even wonder how come a Intermediate pass with Hotel Management guy can be a TL in Networking Field. You have to listen your TL/Manager or else they will wait for a reason to fire you. So, I recommend not to step in this organisation unless you don't have any other path.
