Just awesome experience. 1. Salary structure is too good if you are a fresher also they will pay you a lucrative package. 2. 5 days of working. 3. Company will provide you Laptop kit and internet connection. 4. Policies are good.

Open floor policy, one can walk and interact and talk and approach literally anyone across

No training mechanisms or processes or support. Career growth is questionable Salary is below industry standards Every year, appraisal processes are severely questioned and people leave in masses after that.

It was good company and had a nice days with friends and work environment and people . and customers & TL& process manager . enjoyed my work during the shift hours.

But not happy with salary hence am quoting job redbus.

Will get the salary on time. Has more opportunity to explore. Ease of doing things. HR and Senior management's skills

Opaqueness and there is no transparency about the products. Work is prioritized not employees. No growth

The work culture in Redbus is very good. You have the freedom to work on any technologies. Flexible timings and senior employees are very approachable.

Dislikes

Firstly the salary which they give is less than the industry standards. Secondly the code quality for frontend is very bad as they have been written a long time back.
