The work culture in Redbus is very good. You have the freedom to work on any technologies. Flexible timings and senior employees are very approachable.

Dislikes

Firstly the salary which they give is less than the industry standards. Secondly the code quality for frontend is very bad as they have been written a long time back.

It was good company and had a nice days with friends and work environment and people . and customers & TL& process manager . enjoyed my work during the shift hours.

But not happy with salary hence am quoting job redbus.

Opaqueness and there is no transparency about the products. Work is prioritized not employees. No growth

Each member is recognized no matter what is the designation and redBus care for employees.

I had already experienced and my salary was high but everytime when appraisal comes, they said already my salary is high and increase little. But this is not correct na.

Terrible, office politics, and most of the people are creating fake bookings at rYde department to showcase investors and also creating fake bookings to get very good NPS(Ratings).... Experience team has blaming that new members like us and even to them HR head mr Prabhajan kulkarni, also supporting to them
