Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Disadvantage of this company is that owner..shambhu.. he treat employees as worst ever. He not even know how to treat an employee.. he himself think like a technical person with 20 years of old technology.. not even know a latest technology. No one from this company sustained more than 6 months.They will lie like all employees are working this no.of.years blah blah..if you track git commit history you will come to know how many persons left in a month due to rocket scientist CEO.

1. There is not job security in RBT, They terminating without any reason and didn't provide any reason. 2. The constant Uncertainty and lack of stability in the organization have created a highly strassful an d demoralizing work enviroment. 3. Please thing about future while joining RBT

Just nothing to talk about, except for free lunch & snacks, if you are ok to jeopardise your career for this.

Dislikes

No job security - people will be asked to leave with immediate effect without a proper feedback mechanism based on perceptions of management, no work-life balance, a biased CEO who just doesn't listen to ideas or suggestions for improvement or empathise with employees whatsoever.
