He not even know how to treat an employee.. he himself think like a technical person with 20 years of old technology.. not even know a latest technology. No one from this company sustained more than 6 months.They will lie like all employees are working this no.of.years blah blah..if you track git commit history you will come to know how many persons left in a month due to rocket scientist CEO.

Just nothing to talk about, except for free lunch & snacks, if you are ok to jeopardise your career for this.

No job security - people will be asked to leave with immediate effect without a proper feedback mechanism based on perceptions of management, no work-life balance, a biased CEO who just doesn't listen to ideas or suggestions for improvement or empathise with employees whatsoever.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
