One the contract ends, the company asks to get placed for another client by giving interviews. If you dont within your notice period of the client, they asks us to leave the organisation

Recro has large client base and most of them are well paying startups. Sends gifts on birthdays and HR keeps on taking employee feedbacks

The company is sort of helpless in case of client change is required. FNF policy is of 90 days EL are not encashed.

No job security, plus when you talk to HR or any other Recro team, they will put you under the confidence that they will put head-to-toe efforts for you, but when it actually comes to putting effort they don't even care. They promise like anything but when the time comes to complete their promises they have all the exuces in the world.

Its a great company, if you have good projects. But getting a project is a catch. There are chances client can throw you out so there is no guarantee you will land in good project.

Dislikes

Job Security, Work Pressure can be hectic, and very less project.
