They will say that you can change the client but it's not like that. If Recro is getting good money from the client they don't bother about your work satisfaction and mental state. They will follow money only.

Recro has large client base and most of them are well paying startups. Sends gifts on birthdays and HR keeps on taking employee feedbacks

Dislikes

The company is sort of helpless in case of client change is required. FNF policy is of 90 days EL are not encashed.

No job security, plus when you talk to HR or any other Recro team, they will put you under the confidence that they will put head-to-toe efforts for you, but when it actually comes to putting effort they don't even care. They promise like anything but when the time comes to complete their promises they have all the exuces in the world.
