They will say that you can change the client but it's not like that. If Recro is getting good money from the client they don't bother about your work satisfaction and mental state. They will follow money only.

Get few clients if lucky, Do not join for remote worst experience. HR says after 1 st client of 6 month either leave in 10 days or join in office

One the contract ends, the company asks to get placed for another client by giving interviews. If you dont within your notice period of the client, they asks us to leave the organisation

No job security, plus when you talk to HR or any other Recro team, they will put you under the confidence that they will put head-to-toe efforts for you, but when it actually comes to putting effort they don't even care. They promise like anything but when the time comes to complete their promises they have all the exuces in the world.
