Good environment. Work-life balance is also good. Timing is flexible. There won't be any work pressure in most of the time. Team members and cross-functional team members all will support and help you with anything.

Works can be structured properly. Salary is not upto the mark, it average. Learning new things is not much here. Future career growth depends upon our expectancy.

Flexible, down to earth colleagues, learning opportunities. Depends from team to team but the team in which I worked, was headed by CEO and Lead Researcher at that time and they are very humble person.

Pay was below market when I worked. But your increment (appraisal) percentage is good.
