Management and Manager are not good, compensation and additional appreciation is never given. If you work 24*7 than your performance will be excellent. If not than they put you in PIP.

Flexible, down to earth colleagues, learning opportunities. Depends from team to team but the team in which I worked, was headed by CEO and Lead Researcher at that time and they are very humble person.

Pay was below market when I worked. But your increment (appraisal) percentage is good.
