Need to improve a bit in organizing the team structure. Currently Dev team is separate and QA team is separate when it comes to any activities or events. That should not be the case. Participating in events, they should be allowed to mingle. It is always either dev team or qa team. This differentiation should be removed apart from working in projects.

Some projects are very heroics especially RPA projects Worst clients and pmo team forcing QA to complete the work quickly instead development team Because lot of politics are there in PMO team and especially waste M project QA team leaders are very selfish and they consider their job and don’t consider about team members They want to show case that’s it QA manager doesn’t have guts to talk to management Only because of internal politics company losing their employee and project

Management is good. They will listen to their employees and there ia no micro management. They will appreciate and rwcognize your efforts and help you in learning

Competition is not much as per market standards. This should be improved.
