I didn't enjoy working at Recenturesoft Infotech because it seemed like people who stayed and got promoted were those who tried to please their managers, Rohit Gautam and Birendra Sati. For instance, Prabhat Agnihotri, with only a year of total experience in content writing, was promoted within 3 months by staying close to the managers. Since I am not that kind of person, I left after 7 months.

...se the monthly targets remain the same regardless of the number of working days. Missing the targets results in salary deductions. 3. There's also a strange rule that discourages interaction with the opposite gender, even for work purposes. 4. Additionally, if you have issues with company policies like WFH or rainy-day relaxation, you are simply told, "This is how it works" without any flexibility. 5. Standing up for yourself can result in being unfairly targeted by the management, especially by the manager Rohit Gautam and the senior HR Akshita Vij. 6. The director, Shiva Nand, seems to view most employees as laborers, except the TLs, managers, and HRs, which creates a negative environment.

If you have landed up here before your interview or joining, I'm going to save your career and life. Total clueless company and management. Where should I start from? 1. Very conservative and unprofessional work environment. They really want to control your basic needs, such as loo breaks and all. They dictate alot. Plus talking to a opposite gendered coworker can result in losing your job. You can't head down for 2 minutes to refresh yourself. 2. If you are in some creative job, you are going to lose your creativity here. You don't have any permission to bring something new and creative on the table. They will force you to do repetitive work with a repetitive stance. If you are a graphic designer or a writer, oh boy! this place is going to be a nightmare. 3. The mostly coworker are unambitious and have minimal skills. They are just here coz they can survive by doing boot-licking. The ambitious ones are demotivated and pressurized by the puppets. When the workload rises, instead of hiring workforce, they increase the burden on existing employees. 4. We won't talk about the management coz there is none. Only one guy handles everything and can fire and hire depending upon the mood. 5. Seems they are hiring more writers. Please don't. You will be walking on a declining road in your career. List is longer....

I got hired easily and they agreed to pay me what I wanted. The first month was quite smooth.

Workload - They expect quantity over quality and assign so much work that I often used to miss deadlines. They expect thrice as much as other companies while telling you that the work won't take long. No job security - I received a service closure mail just a few months after I joined because of shortage of work and now I have to look for another job way too soon. Leaving a company so soon looks bad on my resume.
