Here no human is treated as a human. God knows what the higher authorities think about themselves. Company grows only if you treat your employees well. Atleast learn it now when you have lost all your good employees!

Anything and everything followed in here is to dislike. Too much politics and very disgusting attitude of senior employees and management. If you really see the way they manufacture the airplane parts you will fear to travel via air again. Worst organisation ever!

Company is good they giving freedom to us to learn machine operation ,CNC they giving training on it , they are suppler of Airbus airoplan parts main customer salary is good for trainee and employees
