Professional work environment : challenging projects :collaborative team work : opportunities for career advancement

As presently working with recpdcl as a project engineer in ladakh transmission 220 kV project where the flexi staff get only 12 casual leaves for a year .. there should be addition to casual leaves..... As working in TL line and in hardship zone where working is challenge we couldn't see our family for 6/7 months ...

Life and work balance because RECPDCL provide sufficient leaves & holidays along with Saturday OFF

Dislikes

No any job security because RECPDCL hire the FT & Flexi based which shall be extend yearly basis as per project requirement till 4.5 year. Posting always based on project state and always uncertainty in transfer.
