Mangers and AGM have no manners to talk with supervisors and advisors. Ther never giving salary on time, they are working with only 2 TLs on 120 advisors, supervisors are working 12/13 hrs shift.

Everything is discussing. Management and the supervisors not at all good. They will always ask to strech their employees till 4 - 4 hours without giving guarantee of security. Parul Chadha, the training manager not at all good. She is one of the wrost person I ever met.

Without any prior notice or communication, my account and job ID were deleted, which left me unable to access my work-related resources. I was not provided with any explanation or clarification about the reasons behind this sudden action, which has caused considerable confusion and distress. The lack of transparency and professionalism in this matter has greatly impacted my perception of the company’s work culture.
