Mangers and AGM have no manners to talk with supervisors and advisors. Ther never giving salary on time, they are working with only 2 TLs on 120 advisors, supervisors are working 12/13 hrs shift.

Salary is okay.

Dislikes

Everything is discussing. Management and the supervisors not at all good. They will always ask to strech their employees till 4 - 4 hours without giving guarantee of security. Parul Chadha, the training manager not at all good. She is one of the wrost person I ever met.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience while employed as a Customer Support Executive at Reboot XP Private Limited, specifically in the Apollo 247 process. Without any prior notice or communication, my account and job ID were deleted, which left me unable to access my work-related resources. I was not provided with any explanation or clarification about the reasons behind this sudden action, which has caused considerable confusion and distress. The lack of transparency and professionalism in this matter has greatly impacted my perception of the company’s work culture. I strongly believe that clear communication is essential, especially when handling sensitive matters such as account and job ID management. This experience has left me feeling undervalued and disconnected from the team. I hope that my feedback will contribute to improvements in Reboot XP's internal processes and communication practices, ensuring that no other employee has to experience something similar in the future.
