Salary date iss company mein kuch aisa hai: Jan mein 27th, Feb mein 11th, March mein kuch pata nahi becuase aaj 16th hai & holi b khatam ho gya but salary nahi aayi hai. 2. Salary mangne par sidha terminate kar dete hai 3. Site visit ka bhi paisa nahi deti hai na salary aur bolte hai khudke paise se on site jao.. bhai 2 2 mahine salary nahi doge toh kya main kidney bech ke site visit karu? 4. Bolte hai din ke 400 calls karo aur fir usi din ajeeb ajeeb activity krwane HR se vo joker aa jate hai. Lunch ke baad yoga krwate hai aur activity ka naam energyiser bolte hai. fir 1 ghanta barbaad krne k baad sham ko extra time kaam krwate hai agar 400 calls complete nahi kiye toh. 5. Competition ko dikhane ke liye party krte hai jiska budget inke pass nahi hota. non veg & veg ka preference puchenge but denge nahi qki budget kam hai. 1 beer ki can se 3 logo ko beer denge. and sabko sirf 3 pass milte hai so that zada kharcha na ho jaye. 6. HR department yehan hai hi kyun pata nahi kuch pata nhi hota inhe. 2 log hai HR mein attitude aisa jaise pradan-mantri hai kahi ke. Shaqal achi hai nahi toh atleast baat toh dhang ki kara karo... 7. Culture toh bhul hi jana. Great place to work ka certification kharid ke prachar krte hai jaise duniya wale toh C hai. 8. Executive ki notice period bhi 2 mahine rakha hai.. notice period mein salary nahi denge. bolte hai lst working day se 60 days mein milegi. Leave bhi nhi allowed hai. 9. joining ke time koi invformation nahi dete. baad mein security ke naam par blank cheque sign krwa ke rakh lete hai. Agar kisi ko pata ho koi aisi company jo aisa krti hai toh please mujhe batana. 10. Yehan decision makers 1 aadmi nahi hai.. 10 10 hai.. kisi ka sar patal-lok mein toh kisi ka pair bhul-lok mein. Agar yehan aane ko plan kar rahe ho toh usse accha hai ghr hi baitho. Ya toh tabhi join karo agar tum ladki ho and kuch serve kar skti ho management ko (IYKYK).

They find reasons to deduct salary They will define procedures and wait for you to make mistake They abuse and insult ignoring the fact it’s a female employee or male. Management can hardly speak correct English They want to get work done but don’t pay vendors Females are not safe here They have a group and some employee can do anything to be part of the group specially female employees They need more people with less salary No medical insurance Rules are diff for favourites They make sure they make every employee show they are lower standards They can throw u out anytime with any self made reason Hard work not appreciated This company is run by brats who have just become rich Values zero Employee engagement and growth zero Employee exploitation is a fun for them They show off their money Worst company I have ever worked with They feel high when they insult employees coz they think they are gods They will not grow further as they don’t respect anyone

Salary 20 25 din late karte hai bin bataye Pucho toh koi jawab nahi deta. hr se pucho toh kehte account se pucho account ko bolo toh kehte koi update ni. aise hi chalta rehta hai. Aur review site pr review dene ko pressure krte ha. ss meine ambitonbox ke photos mein daal diay hai. kisi tarah nikala hu jaan bachi hai vo bhi 1 month salary chodh k.

...mand karenge jo apko dena hi pdega. fir ek aur check mangenge vo bhi dena pdega. agr 5 late hue toh half day salary gone aur late rukne ka koi time ni hai 9 se 12 kuch ho ho skta ha....

I like growth opportunities here . In the annual R&R ceremony held last month, I was promoted & given a 40% hike in the pay scale . This has really boosted the confidence and faith in the company . Salary disbursement is always on time . I get the complete job satisfaction here as I know I will certainly be promoted based on my performance . The formal dress code suits my personality .

Salary cuts. Bad upper Management. They don't provide you salary slips if you ask for. After resignation they terminate you with any reasons they like as per there will. Even if you want to serve notice period they will not allow as they have to pay you after that. They won't pay you FNF also. You have to punch before 10 am and can only leave after 9:30pm, that too if they want you to leave. They also take signed cheque of your net salary from you at the joining so that if you want to leave they will encash from your account and also gives you warning that they will sue you and also issue legal notice against you so that you won't get job elsewhere.
